Synco washing Fixture has been specially designed for washing of G.M. Loco Cylinder Liner in a completer leak proof cabinet.

G.M. Liners are placed on two rotary tables (satellites) mounted on a linear conveyor. The linear conveyor conveys the job inside cabinet. Cabinet is provided with a vertical sliding gate which closes automatically after indexing of rotary turntable.

In side cabinet there are three launces provided with washing nozzles. Two launces wash the liner from out side and one from inside. Liner rotates on it’s axis during washing. After washing, GM Liners are air pursed for drying and batter cleaning.

Fixture is provided with washing tank, after washing sediment water tank, water filter, oil skimmer, washing pump, recirculation pump, water heaters e.g. complete turn key solution for washing of Liners.

SYNCO also provides automatic filling of washing water tank and other safety inter locks, cycle time setting and has linked with PLC. This feature makes the machine more reliable while making operation easier.
