SYNCO was incorporated in 1982, and started Thermal Spray Technology division in 1995. It has come a long way.

Our achievement lies in mastering the science and art of abrasive blasting and peening, developing capabilities for providing customized solutions in the area of surface preparation, cleaning, stress removal along with object and media handling arrangements, pollution control and automation including PLC controls to meet the specific requirements of the user; as also, in developing capabilities in manufacturing Gas Flame, Electric Arc Spray machines, Metal Spray and Paint Booths, customized water Jet cleaning machines, and Plasma Spray Job shop.

Air less centrifugal mechanical wheel based customized shot blasting and peening machines of all types such as machines with turn-table, door mounted turn-table, double door mounted turn-table, door mounted hangers, tumble baskets, continuous mono rail type arrangement, track mounted trolleys, skew roller conveyors, diabolo conveyors, double diabolo conveyors, roller conveyors, end-less perforated rubber belt conveyors, end-less slat conveyors etc.
   
   Machines come with single / multiple blasting wheels mounted on top bottom sides or on angles.
   
   Facilities like zero gravity manipulators, X-Y manipulators, automatic loading and unloading systems etc are designed and provided.
   
   Machines come equipped with shot separators, pneumatically controlled abrasive feeders, conveyors and elevators for media recycling, dust collectors, based on cyclones, bag filters, cartridge filters or a combination thereof.

Air assisted abrasive blasting machines both mobile and cabinet type standard and customized suitable for blasting with minrallic, metallic and other types of media.Our air assisted machines work on pressure blasting, induction-suction low pressure blasting, vacuum blasting and wet blasting principles.
   
   
   Customized object handling arrangements include screw conveyor, roller conveyors, turn-tables, trolley mounted turn-tables with track extension and winching arrangements, over-head conveyors, end-less belt conveyors, multiple and sattelite turn-tables, hanger conveyors, tilting turn-tables, tumble baskets etc.
   
   
   These come combined with nozzle manipulation on horizontal and vertical axis, XY manipulation, internal lancing etc.

Integrated Shot Blasting Room with Object and media handling arrangements, abrasive recovery and separation systems, air polluting control system for clean blast rooms, acoustics for blast rooms and control rooms, operator safety equipments, lighting and rubber lining; media recovery by screw conveyor and elevators, pneumatic suction with air ejection units, multi-hoppers with air ejectors movable vacuum based suction heads; and air pollution control using bag filters with manual / mechanical bag shaking arrangement with timer control devices, reverse pulse jet bag cleaning systems, cartridge filters, cyclone separators, multi cyclone separators etc.

5. Pressure - Vacuum portable blasting machines using both ventury based and vacuum pump based systems for collection of media, dust and debris for on site blasting with out causing pollution. From very small customized systems to work in congested and restricted areas with close control on machine dimensions in terms of length, width, height, and weight with ability to blast up and down. Highly suitable for ships, sub-marines, ship holds, ship- yards, tank farms, refineries, chemical plants and large industrial structures for in-situ blasting without causing air pollution.
